"This clinic used to be great before the pandemic, now it’s just bad service overall. It’s such a shame. I took my daughter in at 8am for blood work on an empty stomach and she wasn’t seen until 1:30 pm. The receptionist is extremely rude and they just seem to lack empathy."

"Both offices Vermont and Washington are very unprofessional. They have the worse staff ever no communication with patient no CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS the doctors must feel embarrassed about how the staff runs that office. I would had fired every single one of them and replace them with Staff that actually want to work and care for patients and know the HIPAA Regulations by heart…. Patients information always misplace or located at the wrong office. They don’t answer call on a timely manner they have the patient waiting on hold for over 20 min. They are Rude and careless. HOW EMBARRASSING…"

"I have been to this clinic on many occasions. We have used the prenatal care services for two of my wife’s pregnancies. We got the help we needed and the care we needed. Dr. Akavan is a great doctor. He answers all your questions and takes the time to go over your care. His Nurse practitioner Jennifer also does a wonderful job taking care of all the patients that come in. I see the previous reviews of people complaining about long wait times. When the doctor and his nurse practitioner is good than you have to wait. Quality care gives quality time for their patients. Also I never encountered any nurses being rude. Everyone is professional here. I believe most people complain because we live in a society where most feel they are entitled. The attitude you get from others is only what you give in return. If you come with a good attitude you most likely receive good service. I recommend this clinic. It’s very rare you will find medical providers who are hard working and passionate about their practice. I had the option of finding another doctor for my wife because we live in the San Fernando Valley. However, since the care was so good here we decided even during our second pregnancy to stay with this clinic. We did not mind to make the long drive to keep a good doctor and nurse practitioner. Thank you all at Casa de Salud. Keep up the good work!"

"BELIEVE THE REVIEWS PEOPLE! save the time and go somewhere else. i literally wanted to slap every nurse there, they’re so rude and act like they don’t have time for you. been waiting for an hour and not one single person has been called. the front desk is always empty there’s no one there to answer your questions. when i got one nurses attention and ask her how long was the wait time all she said was she didn’t know. every answer was an “i don’t know” . there was about 3 people in the waiting room and no one was been called , after 2 hours they call me and tell me they can’t help me like are you serious? i waisted so much time to tell me that . SERIOUSLY CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN ALREADY"
