"After trying to talk to the guy at the store about an old order and being told he would not be flexible on a pick up time and then that he would only refund 30% of the product cost as a "restocking fee" and hanging up on me, NO I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this store. I would gladly drive several hours away to give another retailer my business. He is trying to say how I am not a customer. I was calling for my fiance to try and remedy the situation because he works in the woods and can't call because he doesn't have cell service. But the owner didn't want to hear that. He was very inflexible and rude."
