"Hate the app. I walk in, and register onsite. I had a 110 minute wait. Fine I come back after that, and the board on the wall says 17 minute wait. Then it turned to 30. After they 3 girls finished with everybody they took their time cleaning the place, and talking with each other, and the customers hanging out. Seemed like they were trying to avoid giving me service. I gave them what they wanted. I cancelled! Never coming here again ! Wasted 3 hours of my life"

"Last time (before this day) I went to a Sport Clips was a pretty unremarkable experience a few years ago in the South Bay area where the workers would not listen to my request since “3 on the side, 5 on top” was engraved into my check-in profile and they couldn’t wrap their head around the *idea* I could want something else. HOWEVER….I was VERY pleased with the quality of my haircut and attention to detail in achieving what I requested. Very sharp lines, attention to where my part was specifically, etc. and it was not all just Clipper work like last time. The two young ladies running the shop were created a positive environment. I will definitely go back for my next haircut"

"Had my haircut by Lee Ann today. She is the manager and a great stylist. I suggest you go here. Get the MVP treatment too. Sure will be nice to get the stupid masks off and Newsom's dumb restrictions lifted. That nutcase, supposed Governor; single handedly ruined CA small businesses the past year or more. GO support Lee Ann and her store. I went to see Lee Ann again in August and she leads the gang with a good attitude and spirit. Support her store. 4/16/22 Lee Ann recently left this store so today I had Sarah give me my haircut and MVP service in her place. Sarah has the best attitude, such a great personality, skillful at her job providing haircuts and exhibits great spunk at the store. I was really happy with my entire experience with her. Highly recommend the Owners make her the next store manager. Great job today Sarah! 9/13/23... Just an update on this particular sports clip outlet in Roseville. I went back to my usual stylist, Sarah and she continues to be the most positive bubbly person around. She takes all of her haircut business seriously and is very efficient and does a good job. It is really relaxing and fun to go into this store as she just sets up tone in the air that's perfect for the customers and she just has a great interface with her work associates as well. She is the bomb! Great place."

"Sorry I will never come there again. The cost was way to much for a buzz cut. I was told the cost was high because the quality was so good. I'm sorry it was not. I had the 0 where it should have been a 1. The picture is 3 weeks later. A patch of hair was left on one side of my neck. Very embarrassing... How do you fix it? Glasses might be a start."

"This was my first time trying sports clips…and it’ll be my last time. With it being my first time I was given the “ultimate MVP” treatment for the price of a regular haircut. The treatment was a nice touch. Pros: Good atmosphere. Nice people. Clean store. The barber explained various things that she was doing and asked if I was comfortable throughout. Cons: It felt like the barber rushed cutting my hair. I understand the extra treatment but for a quality haircut I should be in the chair for at least 20 min. For the haircut itself, it felt less than that. I put sports clips and great clips in the same level of quality…not very good for the price. If I’m going to pay $30+ for a haircut I’ll be going to a better quality shop. But the experience was nice for the first time."
