"I am writing a review based on my personal experience. The reason I chose this place was because online there pictures looked like they did real good haircuts and because I had just moved to the area and needed a new barber. I had called in advance 2 hours before my haircut, to ask about if they needed me to book an appointment or if they accepted walk in it was my first time visiting. The person on the phone asked for my name and said if I would come in now that they could service me right away. I told them I would be there in 45 minutes which I was and even a bit earlier. When I arrived I noticed all the barbers were already with clients and the person had asked me at the door if I had an appointment. I mentioned I called in ahead and gave my name and I was told to just wait which I did as nobody was available. There was one chair in the middle that was open but had no barber working the station. About 30 minutes after I have arrived another client walks in and waits as well as there are no open chairs for a haircut. 45 minutes later another client related to a client that was getting a haircut arrives at the shop for his appointment. An hour in and a new barber walks into the shop and immediately asks the first client to arrive after me if he was ready for a haircut. Immediately I wonder why I wasn’t next as I had called in and waited longer than anyone else, but than I realized that this new barber just walked in and probably didn’t realize how long I have been waiting. I was honestly surprised none of the other barbers had mentioned how long I have been waiting or even noticed. Another 10 minutes go by and one of the original clients getting there hair cut before I walked in had just finished. They had been related to the last client to walk in recently. Right away they had called up this other client who was related to the client and had started to cut his hair again after I had been patiently waiting. Suddenly a third new client walks in as I was still waiting for my haircut an hour and twenty minutes in. Right as the new client walked in and got seated the barber who welcomed me in originally acknowledged me and said “We will be with you soon I am sorry and thank you for your patience.” An hour and thirty minutes later another chair had opened and the barber had called me up finally. One hour later and my hair came out really good. I cannot complain about the haircut only the time I had to wait and that the fact I called in early and was on time. All in all I loved the haircut and would definitely recommend to someone who wants a good haircut and has the time to wait or figure out how to skip the line. It could’ve been that I had not booked online maybe? But I was hoping that calling in would’ve helped. It wasn’t clear when I walked in as two others who walked in after and waited less then half the time I did where seated before me. They can do better on the service for those who called ahead of time that is my only complaint. Shoutout to the female barber who cut my hair i don’t remember your name but you did a good job. And thanks to the barber who acknowledged me waiting."
