"On Sunday, October 11, 2015 I stopped into AJ Pros Barber Shop for a light trim. I explained to the barber that I wanted only a trim and to leave the top of my head untouched. She proceeded in the next two minutes to shear off all of my hair leaving me effectively bald. I literally walked out of the shop stunned. I got home and stared at myself in the mirror wondering what had happened. I regained my senses and drove back to the shop and asked the barber why she had done this to me. She just kept saying , 'sorry, sorry, sorry." I could get nothing else out of her. I discovered that she only works on Sunday and Tuesday and the owner works the rest of the week so I went to the shop today and showed her what had happened. She listened and asked me if the shop had been busy. As if a busy shop would justify shearing a person like a sheep. It will take weeks for my hair to re-grow and I have to wear a hat everywhere. I have never heard of such treatment of a customer. The owner seemed unconcerned and said she would speak with her tomorrow. If anyone reading this ever goes to this shop they fully deserve whatever happens to them. The barber who cut off my hair is dangerous and should have her license revoked."
