"Jay messed up my cut! As a female it’s so uncomfortable walking into a barbershop and trusting that the individuals are going to listen to you and do a good job. When I walked in I showed Jay the look I was going for. He literally glanced at it and said “okay coo, I got it.” Well, he didn’t get it! I went home and cried to my husband! The blending, fading, and transition was horrible for my pixie and not what I wanted. To make matters worse, I called to inform him about my dissatisfaction and he had nothing to say. As a barber be open to criticism and feedback. A simple acknowledgment would’ve suffice. That’s what’s gonna keep the doors open. My advice to any female, especially one with the pixie, is to find a barber that’s actually going to listen! I’m not gonna be returning here!"
