He always makes sure that he fully understands what I am looking to get done and then really takes a pride in cutting it accordingly. He communicates throughout which is great so you are always aware of him making any little tweaks/adjustments as he goes along. Frank is also a genuinely good guy, with easy conversation, and he truly knows hair and just how to cut it based on your head and face shape. I would highly recommend!"
