"If you pull a number, and go for a leak your number will be nullified (making grabbing number tickets pointless). Because they don't use the "now serving" sign I've been skipped so many times because they don't use the system that is clearly in place."

"I rarely rate things negatively, I would give this place no stars if it were possible. I've given them multiple chances across many months and they never fail to disappoint. I asked for a medium fade; often times they miss areas, leave it too grainy and/or too uneven. My standards are low and this place sets it even lower some how."
"You'd expect someone who cuts hundreds of "fades" a week to be better at it. Barbers I've seen in there for 3 years leave lines in my hair every week now. It's too bad the governor shut down real barbershops again or I'd go get my money's wort ."
