"If I can give it a zero stars I would. I'm really piss cuz I have long or had long hair. I went in today for just an undercut, simp cut every barber should know how do it correctly. I have a friend who cut at lvl up here ( he was booked)in Temecula(fyi I’m from SD). The person who cut my hair, cut the back way to short where it doesn't even fit in a bun, the more I look at it I can see how uneven the cut is and what TERRIBLE job he did. I realize now when I was done with the hair cut, the barber never showed me the back of my hair and I starting to know why now. This is the reason why I only trust a few ppl to cut my hair. I really need a hair cut bad, next time I’ll listen to my gut and wait and not go to some random shop…. Unprofessional place was only there for the cut but can tell it only one good barber everyone else old and rush to do the cut… I call these place chop shop. I have friends who cut professionally and even compete in hair cut competitions and won.. when I say save your money find a better shop do it unless you just dgaf about how the cut look….definitely need the owner to get in touch asap... I called and tried to left a message... ps I also tip 10 bucks smh"

"My boyfriend has been struggling for some time with messy hair and I finally convinced him to go to a barbershop near our house. We found Tom’s barbershop and we had an amazing experience. It’s crazy how one haircut can transform the way a person looks. We have been extra happy ever since he got his haircut by Tom. We will be coming back to keep up with his look!!!"

"Barbershop is okay. Unfortunately, not all of the barbers know how to cut a flat top which makes it difficult to get a haircut in a timely manner. Tom, whom I assume is the owner isn't very welcoming, meaning he is extremely rigid. No numbers available which stinks for one has to constantly keep abreast of who is next. A few adjustments would make it so much better. I hope changes take place soon for if not, I will find another better suited location."

"I am a weekly customer here and used to love it. However the shop has been busy lately and I've found myself sitting in line for 30+ minutes just to have people come in after me get haircuts before me. This barbershop needs a numbering system because a family of 3 walked in after me today and all of them got haircuts before me. As a weekly customer I've spent hundreds here and think I'll have to find somewhere else."
