"Made an appointment, arrived before the appointment time and it made no difference. I understand that it gets busy but they should make better judgement when accepting walk-ins knowing that they have appointments coming in. Lately it has been getting busier and they’ve been less organized. I won’t be returning. Maybe they will hire more barbers to handle the increase in customers. I left because a walk-in was called before me, as I was leaving a male staff member said “don’t come back”. Very disrespectful to say that to a long time customer. I came here for years and appointments used to be handled appropriately. After the treatment I received today, I will not be going back. The staff member’s remark was uncalled for. I get that they’re overwhelmed but as a business owner/staff member they should be trained on how to deal with high stress situations."

"I’ve been having my haircut here for years.. But during pandemic that was summer her husband was there checking all customers temperature. It was a hot day in Moreno Valley like 98 degrees and the husband scan my forehead to check my temperature it was 95.. And the husband is telling everyone that my temperature is too high.. I feel like embarrassed at the people.. I don’t have a flu or infected by covid 19.. His husband is unprofessional and ignorant.. His annoying pretending he knows everything.. What a jerk! I might comeback if her husband is not around. Amy is a good hairdresser."
