"Horrible first of all the cut was average(the first one the second one horrible) secondly if you book amd appointment why do I have to wait for another 20 minutes upon arriving? Lastly have you never been around children before that you don't know that they are very active at the age 14 months? Kept rolling his eyes at my 14 month old talking under his breath to where my 8 year old in the chair can hear then rushed to finish my son's hair and messed it up had it all uneven. Then when I told him to fix he tried to give me a lame excuse be more professional. NEVER returning"
"I had never been to shearmasters before, I did not have to wait for an appointment. I will be honest, I just went in for a haircut, but andrew gave me a great style. I have never received such great service at a barbershop before. Andrew is obviously very devoted to making art with each person he works with. Thank you so much!
