"I had high hopes for this place. I made an appointment for my 8 month old son before thanksgiving to look nice and clean and I got a call from the owner at the very last minute, that the hairdresser had a family emergency and had to cancel. I was understanding of the situation but I wanted my deposit of $25 refunded to me. The owner said he would refund it and gave me his number to text him if I had any questions. Well, I texted him and called him multiple times with no response because I saw he only gave me $5 refunded back to me. I am very upset about the lack of professionalism this place has offered through first impressions."

"If I was doing two separate reviews I would. Don’t get me wrong both ladies were extremely nice and the shop itself is great for children. My son had a fantastic haircut the dresser worked with him as he was very wiggly. My problem is with the younger hairdresser both my daughter and I showed her how much hair we would like TRIMMED she agreed then proceeded to cut her hair. My daughters hair was just above her butt. She couldn’t get her sections even with each section so she left my daughter with choppy hair and WAY shorter than what we both asked for. Not to mention she tried to frame my daughters face which we did not ask for! Now her hair is a big awful mess and she hates it.the lady knew she messed up because before I could even look at her hair she threw it into braids. Once we got home and took them out we realized how bad her haircut was. My daughter has been growing her hair out for a couple years now she was happy with her hair I wanted to give her a fun experience of a trim and now she is so upset she doesn’t want to go to school with her hair like that. to sum this up I won’t be going back considering the one dresser should of asked for help and listened to both what myself and my daughter asked for. For a 25 dollar haircut I am not happy."

"This is a nice place to bring kids. My girls enjoy coming here. They love the kid friendly atmosphere. I do recommend booking an appointment as they usually can't accommodate walk- ins."
