"Excellent barbers who know their business. In ~15 +/- years I’ve been going there, the haircuts have always met my expectations. The prices have always been more than reasonable compared with prices at other barbershops, and any increases have remained well within the rate of inflation. When my grandson visits next month I’m going to take him there; already planned out with my daughter’s buy-in. If you decide to try this barbershop, you will not be disappointed!!"

"I love this place! Don’t be discouraged by the location or decor, you will get a great cut! Being next to Laguna Woods, most of their customer base is in the retired crowd. The place is also showing it’s age, as the decor hasn’t been updated since the early 90’s. That being said, if you aren’t pretentious, you are there for a great haircut and aren’t worried about what type of artwork is on the walls, then you’ll get a superb haircut at an even better price! I’m in my 40’s, I don’t have white hair, I’m not balding and they have been spot on every time. $12 for a cut, I give them $20 and they couldn’t be more grateful for the tip. Anywhere else and you’ll be at $35 for the cut alone and with tip you’re well into the 40’s. I’d rather give my money and business to this old school barber shop while keeping the money local instead of going to some corporate owners in Dallas."

"The beauticians in the back of the shop are proffessional. I went to Leanne and was delighted with my haircut. That was after my 1st visit with Nas. Caution!!!!! My reason for four stars instead of five!!!!!! I was new to the shop. Upon entering the shop Nas approached me. (she is on the 1st station on my left) I told her I wanted to make an appointment for a hair cut and wash. She said she would take me right away. I was surprised because the beautician stations were in the back of the business. My hair was medium in length. I asked Nas do you give a women's hair cut? Nas responded, yes she does womens hair. Nas ruined my hair. I had to wear a hat for 2 weeks. As she cut my hair she turned the chair so I couldn't see in the mirror. When I left I looked just like the elderly gentelman before me. Buzzed close to the skin on the sides and back and 1 inch on the top. Then I realized she never changed the size of shear she was using on the gentalman. I have shared my horrible hair cut with many people. I want to protect someone else of doing as I did and trusting Nas stating she was a beautician."
