"My husband had an appointment today at 4:30pm, we scheduled it yesterday and she accepted it, drove from Las Vegas. Pulling into the city at 4:00pm she cancelled his appointment, didn’t call or send a message as to why, and we got to the parlor room at 4:15 and the staff at the front went to go get (Gina the barber) & she wasn’t even there, lights off and left him hanging. That’s super unprofessional and let’s anyone know that’s exactly how she works. Atleast have common courtesy to call him, shoot a text or even ask if he wants to reschedule. Definitely won’t book with her again."
