"I set up an appointment with Julie for 11 AM through the app they use. Booksy. This person triple booked her 11 AM. She said she was texting me and that I told her it was ok. Turns out she was speaking with another person. She tells me to wait while she finishes and then she'll do my hair cut. It's the day before thanksgiving, I made an appointment because it is a busy day. I tell her I can't wait and would have to leave. She informs me she will cancel it out on her end. I walk out of the building and she comes out and says if she could explain I said no I'm ok and walk away. She claims I flipped her off and disrespected her. I did no such thing. Then turns around marks me as a no show appointment and charges me the 40 bucks for the cancelation fee. All I asked is for a refund so I can go about my day. I called the place and they picked up and hung up. Not a profesional establishment."
