"The good: the shop was open late and accommodating. The bad: I was given a haircut by an inexperienced barber, likely an apprentice and charged full price. The haircut was very long at 90 minutes, took several revisions and was uneven and not what I asked for. I do not blame the apprentice for the bad cut because it seems like the “master” that was supposed to watch him took off early. I could tell this barber was an apprentice since (by his own admission) he had only been cutting hair for a month and is not listed as a barber on their website. Overall not content with my experience here."
