"I had a really bad experience I had appointment with Hilda to do my highlights we I went there she refused to do my hair she was so rude keeps saying your hair is damage. I asked her if I can you schedule another appointment a month or more her answer was no no your hair is damage. I had to go and look for another hairdresser and it was Saturday and I'm glad I find one she did really good job with my hair"

Made an appointment 2 days ago, showed up to my hair appointment 30 minutes early because I believe in being on time and or early. {common courtesy} Long story short, seemed that no one told Rosa she had a haircut appt. @ 10am. I don't think I would have been as upset/disappointed if I wasn't already suffering tremendous pain and not had it taken everything I had to get ready for this appointment as I am disabled. I was excited to get my haircut as it has been almost 2 years since the last cut due to Covid. Maybe Masa could have a better communication with the stylists there as you never know what struggles someone goes through just to walk through your front door."
