"One of the worst (and PAINFUL!) pedicures I’ve had. When you walk in, the dog barks at you nonstop, but I was willing to still be patient and give this place a try. She ended up trimming the sides/cuticles of my toes so much to the point where I was in pain and nearly all of my toes drew blood. My big toe was sore for 2 days. She insisted that no other nail salons do this and how it’s “necessary”. She never used gloves, and I honestly have no idea if she sanitizes her tools. At one point, she finally let the barking dog roam around, which resulted in the dog chewing on nail tools that I’m almost positive she uses on people, on top of the dog licking my foot and barking and biting her while painting my toes. It was really hard to relax with a dog barking nonstop and distracting her while also being in pain from her cutting my toes. I was uncomfortable for the entire 2 hours. She did a really messy job with the gel/paint, and she didn’t even give me the color I asked for despite me showing her a photo twice. Never coming back."
