"I am not shocked that this ghetto place have a 217 reviews. Nora herself begged me to give them a good review and that she’ll give me discount on my implants. I mean look at all these dentist that have such good reputations hasn’t reached 217 reviews, and has a good solid honest reviews of 189, or 170. Example is inovo dental and dental excellence!! Nora the manager literally forced the patients and they make families and friends keep on adding reviews. So please people don’t go based on what you read in these reviews! The doctor is very arrogant, Dr Singh! If you miss an appointment on a Saturday they never ever will schedule you on a Saturday! The doctor barely waits in the room with you so you can appropriately address your dental issues. I have been going here for years, and I think it’s time for others to know what the real deal is behind closed doors. No patient has seen the negative side of these people as much as I have. I was one of the first patients when Singh opened this office. He’s an arrogant money sucking man with his right hand Nora who keeps on raising his prices for him. He’s the most expensive doctor in Tracy with implants! People he charges you $550 for a picture of a dental procedure. I just found out that those pictures are taken as part of a consult which most dental don’t even charge for it. He’s a greedy unprofessional dentist. Save yourself time and move on to a dentist that can treat you as a human Being. If your planning to do a major job where you’ll need to wait for a referral. Good luck since the front office is the most careless incompetent people you’ll come across. You have to chase them around for an update. Even when your referral is ready, this office will not care to call you for an appointment unless you keep on calling every week to make sure they do their job! It’s a bully place! Go experience it in your own journey with them!"

"Horrible experience! First if you're a parent don't expect to go in the back with your child while they exam their teeth! And do not bring kids, because they'll make you go in the back for your appointment and make your child wait no matter what the age is! I went w my 3 year old and they said she can wait in the back with them but not w me even though the rooms are more than enough room! There receptionists do not have any common sense say one thing then change it to another! Don't go with Dr. Ramirez he does not do good work. The receptionists have Horrible communication with patients They'll say they'll call you back never do, they keep telling me I need a root canal but can't send the authorization to the insurance, they tell me they did one day and switch it up and say they didn't !? Which is it ? overall do not go here!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND"
