"Well I’m not surprised that most of the reviews for this office are negative. The front staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They never answer their phone or return calls. When you are able to reach the front desk they have attitude and are just flat out RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The dentist is a nice woman but the fillings she provided for our family were all poorly done and had to be corrected elsewhere. They seriously need to clean it up or they’re going to lose a lot of patients! Sorry but I 10/10 DON’T recommend."

"Well to begin they pulled the wrong tooth and it was my front one to be specific so I can lose my job over this the substitute dentist that was filling in for my dentist pointed to the right teeth at first but then pulled 3 and one was wrong I couldn't tell cause my mouth was so numb but when I got home I looked in mirror and it was my front one so now i can't smile have to were a mask at work cause it's embarrassing"

"One star is too many!!! I had a bad tooth, so i went to buchannan dental. It seems like a good place at first ....the staff seemed really polite and the dentist seemed all right too. So they took an x-ray and she came in and told me I had an abscess tooth. it was very painful . So she prescribed me the antibiotics to kill the infection before she could pull the tooth. But,they failed to schedule a follow-up appointment!!!! I took all the antibiotics and I called them to get a new appointment ....so I could get the tooth pulled, cuz it still wasn't finished ,and they wouldn't answer!!!! I left them a message at 4:00 in the morning when my tooth was killing me still ,asking them again to please call me back!!!! I needed to see them they weren't done yet!!!! But, I guess they were ,cuz they never called me back and I still can't seem to get an appointment from them!!! I think this is like malpractice or something,isn't it????? It is pure torture!!!!"

"Receptionist is extremely unprofessional and RUDE. I called to try and book an appointment for a filling and and she was so rude and put me on hold for 20 minutes. After calling back after an hour she picked up and hung up on me. Not sure why someone would do this. Speaking with her last week she was super rude and pretty much said/tried anything to get me off the phone. The receptionist is making this business look very bad. I wouldn’t want someone like her to work for me. NO WONDER THEY HAVE BAD REVIEWS. Do not go here unless you want a rude women talk down to you. If I could give zero stars I would. Personally I am glad to see this business true colors, and don’t want to spend a dime here. Glad they exposed themselves because I would be SCARED for them to touch my mouth."
