"My husband was charged for $160 for dental checkup (yes just checkup), the insurance only refunded $44 and we had to pay for the rest, which they told us the insurance should cover all. We were covered by insurance so we didn’t feel fair to pay such amount for a checkup (other dentists would not charge a dime if covered by insurance), so I disputed the charge, and soon after I got a letter for debt collection plus interest from them! Can’t believe a dentist would do this. We will never go back (and will warn our friends about what happened)."
