"The staff and dentist at this place are all very profit-driven; they seem more interested in squeezing money out of you. I had one of the most terrible dental experiences. While they initially appeared friendly, they were also very pushy. They provided a treatment plan without offering alternatives or choices, with a high and later proven incorrect quotation, causing confusion. When I tried to address these challenges, I faced continuous frustration. I must say, this terrible experience was a result of a mix of a complex and misleading healthcare insurance system, decisions made under pressure, and the delayed or misleading responses and information I received. While I cannot place all the blame on this office, they truly offered minimal assistance. Their responses to my messages, emails, and calls were slow. The staff always seemed busy and tired, but they prioritized calling me to schedule my next appointment. Once they realized I wasn't going to book another appointment, their attitude turned cold, and their responses became dismissive. Disappointed, I sought a second opinion and received a more reasonable treatment plan, including identifying cavities that the previous office had missed. The entire process was much more comfortable compared to the pressured atmosphere I had experienced before. While I understand the need to make a profit, I believe nobody should go through the troubles I faced, and I'm still dealing with them. If you prefer to be treated as a patient rather than a source of revenue, I highly recommend looking elsewhere and avoiding this office."
