"Went in wanting a trim, instead the barber cut it too short, he even left the back to long sticking out like a patch, if you zoom in the back of my head you can see the patch still hanging out, for some reason the barber also decided to use trimmers instead of Scissors to trim my hair so my whole hairline is messed up, you can zoom in the front to see how uneven it is all in all I ended up not liking the haircut at all, I'm never going back to this place, if I can take back my money and never come back I would...... I highly recommend going somewhere els more professional"

"It's all right, communication is abysmal. I don't understand how a business can run on the premise of appointments but have no online presence. Moreover, when you walk in there's no clear direction on where to go or who to talk to. If you're a first-time customer you could be sitting there for almost 20 minutes before anybody asks you what you're doing."

"Called if there doing walk-ins they said “yeah” show up know one says anything, communication is bad here. Why say yeah when your fully booked or busy for the day!"

"Glad that they were able to take me in as a walk-in but mid-way through my haircut I realized that none of the 4 barbers had a mask on nor did they require their clients to wear one. Some had them on but it seemed like it was any regular day before Covid-19. In terms of the service, friendly and quick to the point. But unfortunately quick-to-the-point meant too quick and not great of a job whatsoever. Fade was not consistent through out and there’s uneven layers on top of my head. For $25, I’d expect a much better job done. Please invest in providing a better customer experience and as a business, please obliged with the safety pro-cautions in place for public safety."
