"They don't only skimp on food but they skimp on hours of labor, at this location a friend that was a former employee who quit let me know that they are understaffed purposely the two managers in charge are scheduled 50 hours while every other employee is scheduled far less. The ingredients are also already pre portioned as well to be stretched as far as possibly can thats why they are extremely skimpy the more they can save on ingredients the more money could be saved."

"This place sucks. Drive to Whittier or Brea instead. I used to work at a chipotle so I know the standards of a good store like the one I used to work at. The front counter is always messy and dirty. Once you get your food you’ll see how dirty the drink station is and it’s also not stocked with lids or napkins. If you try going anytime after 7pm, forget about it, they’re already running out of items like guac, fajitas and beans. I get the sense that management doesn’t care or is working with whatever they got and can’t find better workers"

"One of the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Soda machines are dead, the place smells like smoke (something is burnt), the place is filthy dirty. Now, the atmosphere doesn't matter to me as long as the food is good. BUT, the food is even worse. The guac is not even smashed properly, and the proteins are cut SO SO small. Most importantly, the PORTION is so freaking tiny, it looks like its made for kids only. I brought this up to the Chiptole Headquarter many times. It seems like the store general manager is just stingy and reluctant to change. The sauces on the side is not even filled all the way up. The guac on the bowl is only half of the serving. EVERYTHING is such a small portion. Also, the employees are extremely rude. Just everything about this place was the worst chipotle experience for me. I hope the Chipotle headquarter does something about this place... or at least replace the GM."

"I hadn't been to Chipotle in years because I remembered it being expensive and them starting to make the burritos smaller... but I decided to stop in today and try it again and I'm so glad I did. It is a little on the pricy side, but it's amazing quality and my burrito was huge. It tasted so good I couldn't believe I hadn't been back in so long. Only improvement is they could add a tipping option to card payments so I can tip them when most people don't carry cash anymore."
