"Poor work done on my two teenagers. The dentist was so distracted trying to sell veneers because of effects of braces that she sent one child home with two holes drilled she forgot to fill. One has already failed and has had to be replaced. Other child had a filling done which fell out after about six weeks. Also made and billed for a night guard without any approval from parents when it is part of a pre paid orthodontic plan with the orthodontist. Office staff is unorganized and rude when asked for clarification."

"I really like Alec Nelson as a personable dentist. I have been with this practice for more than two decades and they told me they wouldn't see me without doing xrays since it has been 1 1/2 years since my last cleaning. I have no cavities and perfect oral health, and always have and don't need xrays or cleanings very often. They are expensive too and don't participate in Unitied Health Care discounts. Very disappointed with customer service not to respect my lack of need for yearly expensive xrays and cleaning when my teeth are stellar."

"I was referred to Dr. Alec by my employer and she was not lying when she said he was amazing! It has been a couple years since I’ve been to the dentist but I hit my tooth on a glass and chipped my front tooth. Dr. Alec was able to get me in so quickly and Marcela at the front desk was so sweet and patient with me as she was checking me in and prepping my paperwork. Everyone made me feel so welcomed and the office and view from the dental seat was beautiful. Dr. Alec made me feel super comfortable and at ease, checking in that I was okay during the whole process and did a phenomenal job shaping and matching the color of my tooth. I can’t even tell which one was chipped! I highly, highly recommend this office. I have even already referred my family to him."

I typically only get semi annual cleanings done at Dr. Nelson's office so I don't need to see doctor that much, but when I do it's always a pleasure. Anna is my hygienist and she's very sweet and great at her job. This office has a great vibe, location, and it's efficiently run. I highly recommend Dr. Alec Nelson and his staff for your dental needs."

"As a person who has had more dental work most i have been in my share of dental offices. I must say Dr. Nelson takes the #1 slot. Before I even met him his staff welcomed me and showed genuine concern for me. The first person you will meet is his front office manager Arleta. She like the other staff is genuine and comes with a big smile. As I was lead to the room where my cleaning was going to take place the view of the fountain grove landscape as well as a couple of wild turkeys filled the large windows. I have gotten used to being comfortable in the dentist office but for people who tend to be a little on the nervous side rest assured this will be a much different experience. Then comes in Dr. Nelson. Calm, cool, great bedside manner, and again genuine in his concern for the patients comfort and well being. His soft touch matched his personality and I left out of there feeling well treated and more informed about my health than when I came in. Great experience"
