"2022, My newly teen daughter and I went there for facials. Great room ambiance, we had a good experience (4 ⭐️) They suggested products for her and I to use. A short female with light brown hair that worked there (she left at the end of March 2023) would msg me to reorder products and was knowledgeable. She was always there; I could walk in, buy items, make appts, ask questions in person or thru text and she remembered us (5 ⭐️). After she left, the door is always locked, no one returns my calls, I'm unable to make appts, I'm unable to pick up face products, basically ignored (1 ⭐️). I don't know about other services, but they seem overpriced."
