"She did take all the dead ends off.... as far as the cut...I asked for the dead ends to be cut, 2 or 3 long layers, and definition to my bangs. I received a straight across cut, my "layers" were the few strands of hair she cut just above the cut. So....at least the dead ends are gone for $40.00! Thank god I stopped her in time so I could fix it at home."
