"I was in Willow Glen and came across this barber shop. There was a banner outside that said, “Walk-In’s welcome” and had the OPEN sign lit up. I walked in with my son and there was a lady who said, we don’t take walk ins and need to make an appointment. I told her, to please remove the banner outside that’s says walk in’s welcome and switch off the lit up OPEN sign and walked out. I would not have taken the time circling around to find parking and walked a long distance for come in here."
