"I went in for a haircut and even showed them an image of what I wanted. Midway through the cut, I’m able to catch a glimpse in the mirror of how it’s going. I say midway cause they turn your chair away so you can’t see your reflection. Anyway, when I look at the progress, I notice the barber went WAY too high on my sides. So high that I can’t go anywhere to fix my hairstyle. Obviously there isn’t anything else I can do at that point so I let them finish. It’s not until I get home and further inspection that nothing was done in the crown of my head. Soooo disappointed. Beware of the female barber."

"My previous barber retired and I needed to find another (she'd cut my hair for almost 2 decades...). I needed to find someone relatively close, and Boston hair came up. All those 5 star reviews? Really? Uh, YEAH! As another poster said, appointments are recommended, but since I didn't know anyone at the shop I decided to stop in. On a Saturday. One guy, Robby, was the only one who had any free time in the afternoon, so I came back before the designated time and was seated after his customer was finishing up. I told Robby what I was used to in the way of haircuts, he made suggestions, and went to work. He took care in producing a very nice coif and even did some extra for free (which I gave him as a tip). Got home and my wife really liked the haircut! And, days later it still looks good! Looks like I have a new barber! Thanks, Robby!"

He is very quick to respond when contacted and very punctual and reliable with his appointments. The shop is fresh and clean and there's plenty of parking around it.
