"Called up beforehand and had Hector as the person on the phone. I explained to him I wanted to donate my hair and wanted to know what to schedule online. I arrive at my appointment and showed Hector the things I need to follow to donate it. He says he doesn't do that in snarky tone and told me he would only cut the pony tail instead of maximizing the potential donation. Went down the street to One Up Hair and got a cut by Wayne for a third of the price and he took extreme care to make sure the donation was maximized."

"This place is great and Hector is even better! Walked in on a Sunday, got me in and gave me a great cut that works for my hair. Efficient and thoughtful! Highly recommend Debonair and Hector (who also works a high end salon so he can cover all the basis). Will be back"

"This place is awful. I had an appointment with Vega and he had to cancel on me, then told me to come the next day. He was insistent that I make sure I show up so I switched my schedule around to make sure I could make the appointment. I texted him confirming my appointment, and was left on read, then still showed up 30 minutes early to then find out the shop was closed. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Not to mention, my friend went to another barber here and they ruined his hair. DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!!!!!"
