"Shopping with my wife and grandson and they rudely refused the use of their restrooms for my 5 year old grandson. Unbelievable..."

"Looked online for two items that where in stock. Website advertised items at a lower price found the two items and another two other items I needed. I asked an employee if I could use the bathrooom the lady with a white sweatshirt said its out of order. While at the check out a man asked where is the bathroom the other lady said upstair! Really I was just told it was out of order!!! The lady that processed the transaction was very polite and accommodating I told her the price online was less. She asked the manager on duty what should she do. He stated that price is only for store pickup. I SAID SO IF I SET HERE IN YOUR STORE AND PROCESS THE online transaction you will give me the online price? Manager on duty stated yes. I said cancel the transaction I will go to rite aid down the street. I live in Coronado sadly I will never buy anything from Walgreens again!!!!!"

"Every. Single. Time. we have tried to refill a prescription here they always come up with a delay after we arrive. This is after we were told that the prescription would be ready. Either they need to better educate their team on policy or learn to follow through with what they say."
