"Terrible employees. Whoever is running this store needs to never do business in this industry again due to his incompetency. Kept making claims about clothes being fake and didn't know the difference between Chinese writing and Japanese. Wouldn't discuss anything over the phone, was always acting super shady. I do not recommend. These people are out here to screw over their customers in every which way possible. Also, not knowledgable at all in streetwear. Do not do business with them."

"If I could say anything nice I would but can't My daughter's first mother's day gift my son inlaw purchased some sneakers that my daughter wanted for ever the sneakers didn't fit. We tried exchanging them and you can but for the same item and color really, they didn't have her size and they couldn't get a different color that fit. The prices are hiked up big time. This store sucks. The prices are high and the customer service sucks. They need to provide better service. We will never shop with them again. Those doors will close with this type of service if I could give zero stars I would. Beware of the hiked prices and the crappie service poor experience ."

"Went there to sell a pair of shoes and when I got there the person designated as the “shoe buyer” was on lunch which was perfectly fine but while I looked around the store while he was out I realized how much of a disorganized mess the store was. The shoes weren’t wrapped nor did they have a tag on them identifying what color way the customer was looking at, hell even some shoes were on the floor like they fell off the shelf and no one cared to pick it back up which absolutely screamed to me that these employees do not give a f about the shoes they sell everyday. Other than how dirty and unorganized the store is I had a good experience."

"My son is a sneaker head and just had to pop into the shop on University. It's small but organized. Shoes organized by size so you don't have to wonder if a style has your size. Staff was pleasant and available for assistance. They also had a small inventory of shirts and backpacks If buying cosigned shoes are your thing, take a look."
