"Oh my gosh, I had the WORST shopping experience there today. I was handed two scratchers for a percentage off which I immediately scratched. I was not able to see it said do not scratch. (Honestly, why would you hand someone a scratcher not to be scratched?). Anyway, when i asked the girl in the shoe department if I could use the additional 15% off from my scratcher, she told me I was not supposed to scratch them and confiscated my scratchers! I told her to provide me with new ones since she took my two, and she would only give me one new one! I then said give me the original with the 15% discount and she told me “she couldn’t find it”. (Probably kept it for herself since it wasn’t used). But OMG. What a passive-aggressive nut. I ended up going to another register where I got 5% off, and left. But for a whopping $10, which is what the additional percent would have been, I will never shop there again. I honestly felt like 1) a criminal, for the way she treated me and 2) ripped off from a stupid scratcher. :("
