"Absolutely horrible customer service I walk in pay over $2k for a bag to be transferred from another store and shipped to me, I told the sales person many times over if it has any damage not to ship it out, I don't want a damaged piece. Waited a few days sure enough came in damaged with marks and scratches to my address. I email with pics and proof and the manager calls back with a rude tone telling me let's skip the back and forth ship it back for a refund, I told him my request was to locate another or issue some kind of credit for the damages, he said just ship back at your expense and we will issue you a refund. I told him I asked you guys not to ship damaged bag he was like we videotape everything before we ship out. I hope he wasn't implying that I did it. Absolute bottom of the barrel service. Will not shop here again and corporate definitely needs to look at this store. Avoid store, and Avoid manager Fernando"

"Run down store. Changing rooms make you feel like you’re in Macy’s in the discount department. Staff (jay) crumples your clothes up in a ball as you’re checking out. You spend a grand on a pair of pants and feel like you just hit Ross or Mens warehouse. Rock bottom. Not good for the brand. Will not be coming back."

"If I wore suits everyday, this is the place to be, sad that I am not wearer of suits. Staff are friendly and don’t pressure you. Pricey but worth it. Bought some sneakers and the staff were able to get me the size that I wanted that was unavailable at the store. Courteous and profrssional."
