Reviews of The Good Feet Store
"A waste of $2,000. Yes, you read that right, these things cost nearly $2,000 (including tax). I got a pair of Brooks running shoes with them, so I could have spent a bit less, roughly $1,800 instead (including tax). I could have had custom orthotics made at a doctor for 1/8 the price. AND there's no returns accepted. Had I read a review before going in that it was going to cost me $2,000 and I couldn't return them under any circumstances there's NO way I would have even gone to the store. Hopefully this saves some people the time and hassle. The woman who helped me there was super nice and very helpful, so this isn't a negative review about her. But the reality is that they aren't "custom" arch supports per se. They aren't molded for your feet, they just give you a proper size. You can go back and change them out, but for 2 grand that should be the case. They sell you 3 different versions of the supports, I'm pretty sure that's just a scheme to make more revenue by the company. One of the versions are only meant to be used for a month or so. So that's just a waste. In the end, I regret buying them and there's no recourse. They make it super clear that they don't do returns. I imagine there's a lot of buyer's remorse so that's why they won't accept returns. If you do go, I highly recommend asking for pricing when you get there. They will spend over an hour with you and then hit you with the $1,800 price tag. It feels a bit shady. I'm probably still going to get custom ones made because they will be perfect for my feet. So, in the end I wasted $2,000 at this place."
"Went into day to get some new shoes and some inserts. Was greeted by Marcie. Despite being the only person working in the Murrieta store today. She was very attentive and also really showed an interest in getting us the right inserts. Definitely not just another sales person"
"I’m an older veteran college basketball official. I was having problems with my ankles and knees. I was about to retire from basketball officiating because of the pain. I saw your advertisements on Tv. I went to one of your stores and got evaluated. I felt I had to try them. After using them I was able to continue officiating without any issues. The money spent was a lot but I was able to get free replacements on 5 different occasions. I highly recommend them! I have been using them now for about 15 years!"
"Marcy is absolutely amazing! She really understands what my needs are and what I’m emotionally and physically going through. The good feet store inserts have changed my life. I understand it’s a slow process but I could feel the difference already. Definitely a bit pricey, but worth the ability to walk almost pain-free."
"Just from its appearance my initial impression was that this was a quality establishment. This impression was reinforced by the store manager, Marcie Robb. She was very personable, accommodating and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated her great sense of humor! She skillfully took the time to explain how all Good Feet’s products were scientifically designed to provide the best possible comfort and made sure to cover all my questions. The products are everything she said they would be. It was a pleasant visit over all. I will enthusiastically recommend Good Feet as a result of this experience."
