"I was truly impressed with my visit to the office of Thomas Frank DDS. Filling out all forms before arriving set a tone of professional efficiency . I no sooner sat down in the waiting room when Jill summoned me into one of the many patient rooms and only two minutes later Dr Frank’s arrived. Both were very personal and relieved any stress I was feeling on my first visit. The entire experience was a text book example of how a top-of-the-line dentist office should run. I felt they actually cared about my well being and all of their attentive actions made me feel I was good hands. I actually look forward to returning and that’s a very rare thing to say about going to any dentist. Update: Feb 20 2024. So my final visit was today to get my bridge put in and it turned out perfect. The teeth are better than porcelain and no one will ever know they’re not mine. I want to thank Dr Frank for fixing me up and giving me a much more healthy life. And a huge thanks to his entire staff for giving me a great dental experience. i was always in the chair just a minute after my appointment time and all were total professionals down the line. Dr Frank is a bit more expensive than many others but when isn’t the best in any profession. I give them my highest recommendation. 5 out of 5 stars."

"First visit after friend recommended Dr. Frank. Walked in and immediate warm welcome. Jill made me very comfortable by introducing herself and examining what she and Dr. Frank were going to do I was amazed and pleased with the extensive screening, processing, and explanation. Dr. Frank introduced himself and went over the examines, X-rays, pictures, and he the took impressions, cancer laser screening. He explained after further review will discuss options. I was very impressed with the process and attentiveness. Highly recommend Dr. Frank."

"Night and Day! I have had good dentists, great dentists even but not one of them offered preventative care. Real preventative care. I have anxiety with dentists and the way his bed side manor calmed my nerves I’ve never had a dental experience like this. He was very reassuring and had a game plan set in motion for me before I even asked. The office staff effortlessly took care of the transfer of paperwork for me and Dr Frank even gave me a sample of a better alternative for my gum issue I was experiencing after a root canal with another dentist. I’m actually excited for my future appointments I know there will be some out of pocket costs but I’d rather pay once and upkeep for excellent work than keep having the same repetitive issues. Spend your money and your time wisely and go to Dr.Frank first."

"My husband,Terry Philley had an emergency with his mouth a week ago Thursday. It was after hours and we were able to contact Dr. Frank immediately. He instructed us what do. Everything was better until we got out of town on Wednesday. I called the office during office hours, and Tom was able to see Terry on the following day when we were coming home. Tom was able to adjust the problem and all is better and Terry is on the mend. Tom has been my dentist for over 40 years as was his father-in-law, Mel Cochran for several years before. My husband has been seeing Tom for over 5 years now and Terry didn't have any idea he could have his teeth be so much better. He even looks better with the fit of his teeth when Tom worked with us during 5 appointments to get everything just right. Dr. Tom Frank can meet any dental issues including dentures. The office has always been very professional and I highly recommend his office."
