"I went for my noon appointment at Fantastic Sams on Navajo Dr. With only 2 hair stylists in the shop. They weren't busy and I was wondering why I needed the appointment. The elderly woman (didn't get her name) who cut my hair. Asked me what I wanted. I told her a short pixie cut that's layered and cut around the ear. She cut it short but neglected to listen to me. About cutting the hair directly around my ear and left hair length along the top of my ear. She didn't show me how it looked in her mirror like others have done and I'm disappointed. Especially knowing I gave her a tip. But at least my hair is shorter then it was and I'm glad. Especially knowing I didn't have to pay the ridiculous cost of $42 that I was quoted on the phone. When I called this place yesterday. I paid $30 which is still high enough. This woman has a mind of her own and doesn't seem to think my opinion matters. Which is sad for a person of 40 so called years of experience to say. But I'll know better next time by going back to Supercuts."
