"Amazing experience. Best haircut I’ve gotten hands down. Alexx was knowledgeable and very friendly. She gave me hair product recommendations and told me everything she was trying. Pretty much left it up to her to decide what to do with my hair and she did amazing! Absolutely recommend!"

"Overall negative and weird people. Lady at the front side eyes you awkwardly, and the lady who cut my hair was extremely negative and seemed in a rush to get me done. Super condescending. I told her I liked how it was coming and mentioned that I may want to go shorter on the sides, and she took it personally. Weird vibe, depressed people"

She really knows her profession. And when she offers other services, it doesn’t feel like it’s being shoved down my throat."

"Had a 7pm appointment. Tiffany charged $35 and spent less than 15 min butchering my teenage son’s hair. He ran out distraught and in tears after she cut over 4in off the top when he had only asked for a couple. She also left the sides completely uneven (which we had to try and fix once we got home). Total disregard for quality and a lack of care and concern. She didn’t even bother to ask him once throughout if it was looking ok or if she needed to do something different. Nothing but rush, rush, rush to get him out of there asap. This is by far the worst haircut experience he’s ever had in his life. Definitely will not be coming back."
