"Is this place still in business? I’ve called multiple times, left voicemails, and emails to book an appointment. No one has reached back out to me. Not a good first impression… the other reviews seem positive. Is this place still open???? In response to owner - I called and canceled that appointment! I did not just no show. Something I should be allowed to do when an emergency comes up which I explained to the person I talked to when canceled … Does not mean that I should not be able to reschedule or that all my other attempts of communication should be ignored! This post is the ONLY communication you responded to after my recent voicemails and emails to book. Appalling terrible communication/customer service. Glad to take my business elsewhere."

"I did myself a huge favor and scheduled a haircut with Alex. She was amazing. I went in feeling so bad about my graying and unkempt locks and she was so incredibly kind and supportive throughout the experience. She heard what I wanted, made her recommendations and got on the job rightaway. She gave me a beautiful makeover and I couldn't have been happier with my hair. Thank you Alex! You're a superstar!"
