"Vy is so nice and accommodating, if i need same day appt she always finds the time. Always happy with my nails, once again I'm walking out completely satisfied with my ombre nails! It seems like all her customers have been coming for years! She is on first name bases with all her usuals. They also have decent prices!! Haven't heard of a Better deal anywhere else. For Pedi or Mani it's all good! 4 star rating only because the building is a bit run down but it doesn't affect the beautiful work they do there."

"I'm really disappointed in my experience here. My nail tech rushed through my nails and did a terrible job. She tore into my cuticle causing minor bleeding and swelling on several fingers, even after I told her it was hurting me. They didn't have any way to buff my nails (I don't like the shiny clear coat because I work with my hands and it becomes patchy). At the end, my tech informed me that they only accept cash, which is fine, but it would have been great to know that upfront. I had to use Zelle to pay someone else and wait for my tech to confirm it was received."

"First time here. Took my daughter to get her nails done for first time.. very friendly and nice. We did a walk in and the wait wasn't that bad. Place closed at 7pm but she still took customers in as long as they r willing to wait."
