"This store has the most awful refund policy I’ve ever seen. I was promised by one of their employees that I could get a full refund if I bought the wrong shoe size for my friend so I bought it. Then, later I found out that the shoe size is wrong so I went back for a full refund. The manager there tells me they don’t do money back refund whatsoever. So I basically was lied by the employee and now I’m stuck with $200 their store credit, cringe shenanigans."

"Man I am a kid and I was so happy to by my first Jordan's. I bought the Jordan three's cardinal reds I was so happy. Then I came home to check if they were real and they were completely fake I went back to the store and they said I could not get my money back so I don't know what to due."
"Store needs a better return policy. For one they offer no way of searching for a receipt in due case that you lose it. Secondly they didn’t have the product that I wanted nor do they offer to order the item online. You are stuck with a store credit for an item that is not in stock. I can say that I will never purchase here again."
