"If there’s a 0 star I would. I told her I want long layers and bangs. I wanted to keep my lengtg but she said its impossible bec she has to even out my hair so I agreed to cut 2 inches shorter just to achieve the layers I want. I showed her 2 inspirations w both long hair and she said she could do it. The hair wash took 20 minutes and the haircut took 1 hr and the styling another 40 minutes. I was shooked when I saw the length bec it was really short the bangs she cut was too thick. I got charged $100. With all of these, she keep burning my root w the curling iron, she keep hurting my face w her hair brush she even had a brush slapped into my face once. When asked about the pricing, she said bec i have a lot of hair and she cut huge amount of hair when i told her i didnt want it cut too much. Dont go to this place. Had to go to a different hair salon right after bec of how bad it looks."

"Would not recommend. I’ve gotten a perm here twice and the first time was great, the second time it came out horrible. Went home and told my mother who went to beauty school and cut/styled hair what the owner had said about it and she debunked it all. The owner also kept INSISTING I bleached my hair which is impossible since I shaved my hair down to the scalp last year AFTER the bleach. She said that maybe the hair dye I use has bleach (it does not). They did say the curl may not take completely due to the hair dye, which I was okay with, but after talking to someone who went to school for this I know it wasn’t due to the dye. Basically, they were blaming their mistakes on me. Last time I went the lady doing my hair charged me less than $100 for perm+trim, this time the owner stepped in and had me pay about $150 WITH a discount. Will never be returning to this place and I hope anyone who does is more fortunate."
