"BE READY TO BE MINIMIZED & IGNORED. Showed up 12 minutes before 2PM appointment--DOOR WAS LOCKED--NO sign, nothing posted... Knocked on door 3 times. (First two times we were seen by two different techs.) When I finally had enough of being ignored, knocked hard and the receptionist asked what I was doing?! I answered, "My husband has an appointment in 10 minutes, can we come in??" She replies, " we are having lunch." I said, well you don't have your lunch hours posted....My husband is handicapped and you have a handicap sign here. Can't we come in and wait?" She answers, "Can't he sit in the car?" So I said, you know what? You guys are only open 3 days a week and he's been waiting 6 months for this appointment, and you can't be accommodating?" She remained behind the counter in a separate room from the waiting room, staring at the computer, not willing to let us in. (It was now 7 minutes til his appt time). So we left."
