"The guys working there were not helpful and thier selection of what I was looking for was slim."
"I am writing to bring your attention to a disappointing shopping experience my wife recently had at your store. On January 1st, 2024, she visited to purchase an ez-up canopy that was on sale as a gift for me. Unfortunately, none of your staff offered any assistance, either in helping bring the item to the checkout or in loading it into her car. I would hope that basic human decency would move employees to aid a customer clearly having difficulty, regardless of official store policies. When my wife realized she had purchased the wrong item, she returned to exchange it. Again, no one helped her carry the first canopy back into the store or bring the replacement to her car. She was left to struggle on her own while your staff watched without offering help. I am disappointed in the lack of respect, care, and consideration shown to my wife by your employees. While you may not require staff to assist in loading purchases, I believe going the extra mile to help a customer clearly in need should be standard practice. I hope you will consider more extensive customer service training to prevent other shoppers from having such unsatisfactory experiences."

"Here at Big 5 Sporting Goods attempting to return a that didn't work. Rudy, is very being very rude which is ironic would not recommend shopping at this store unless you are absolutely positive that you want rude customer service. They don't allow returns unless the product is in absolute perfect returnable condition. Just being honest. Wouldn't recommended this location. Rudy probably need some coaching from a higher up, a customer should have the right to return a product that does not work as advertised."
