Jose's Shoe Repair

"I was skeptical when I dropped 4 pairs of shoes off. He said he "can try but can't promise anything", then practically threw my shoes into the back and while he talked on the phone. He told me he was busy and to come back in two weeks. I waited THREE weeks to be safe. He was on the phone when I arrived. He held up a finger, took my ticket, and searched through the piles of shoes. He came back and said, while holding up the phone, that mine weren't ready. No apology, no customer service. So unprofessional. AVOID."
