"I have been a longtime customer of Mini's and never had a problem until recently. As of late, the wait time has been out of control. About two month ago, I went in for a haircut. I waited 45 before I ended up in the chair. When I walked in the only customer was the one in the chair. He was a male with fairly short hair. His haircut should not have taken 45 minutes. I went again about a month ago and I waited an hour. There were 3 other customers waiting to get haircuts after me. Two of those customers eventually left due to the long wait. Today, I went in again. It was clear that the customer in the chair had been there for at least 10 minutes. I waited a half hour and she still wasn't done. It was a standard haircut. He didn't ask for anything special. Once upon a time, the owner was much more efficient. On a few occasions I've shown up at 11 a.m. and it is not open. Her hours say it opens at 9:00 a.m. A year ago I would've recommended this establishment but her current work ethic is unacceptable."
