"Sloppy work, the girls there tend to care more about what is showing on tv, their personal calls or eating. If any of their friends show up you now have to wait to finish your haircut until they’re done. There’s only 1-2 girls cutting hair and on Saturday MAYBE they will have a 3rd girl come in way later in the day, that being said you will be waiting unless you’re lucky. A lot of their hair cuts are tested on you, they will have certain hair cuts available to choose from and other services but in reality all they can do are basic haircuts. They have zero skills besides cutting a decent basic hair cut and even then you will go hole and find long hair sticking out"

"Went yesterday for a beard trim only. There was a younger woman and an older woman cutting. The younger lady asked how I like my beard trimmed, as she should. But right after telling her I want to keep it long and only clean it up, she proceeds to clipper over comb one side cutting half my beard off! It takes so long to grow out a beard and she chops it off like nothing. Before she started she never even combed my beard out, just straight to cutting. You always comb a beard out before starting. I couldve done a better job myself for free. Not only was the beard short but she also clipper over combed my mustache instead of linning it up. Who does that? If you don't know how to cut a beard dont offer the service. NEXT, I ask her to put in another hard part line on my head for my combover, there was an overgrown, existing one there already. She did that and still when I went home I could see hairs sticking up because of the dirty work."

"My son was super tired and usually hes grumpy when he gets woken up from a nap but he got a few giggles and smiles with the nice lady cutting his hair. He fell asleep a few times which tells me she was gentle with him. He loved it and i took a video of him saying hed come again but i couldnt post it."
