I called around 4pm to check for same day availability and although she was completely booked for the day, she was willing to let me come in at the end of her day so I can get my hair cut. As a new mom dealing with postpartum hair loss, I really needed to get on track with my hair care and she gave the best advice on how to grow it back and how take care of it. She explained what would be the best option to make my hair look/feel amazing and made sure to communicate everything she was going to do instead of just chopping away.
