"I made an appointment for 10 am for me and my sister. We arrived there at 9:55. Once we got in they asked what we were here for and I stated my appointment for the pedicures. She just nodded and we sat down waiting. All the staff was busy so we just minded our business and waited with no problem. Then 5 minutes later someone came in with an appointment too and also had a seat. Another 5 minutes passed and a lady came in saying “my appointment is right now for pedicure” her attitude was so entitled. They automatically took her to the pedicure chair. I turned and looked at my sister like, the math is not adding up. How was our appointment at 10 and we are waiting 10 minutes after now and this lady walks in and says her appointment is right now and they take her right away?! That is not great customer service. If I had all the time in the world, continuing to wait would not be a problem but we all have places to be and it is so unfair to see people getting prioritized when it should be fair and common courtesy to be respectful to appointments. While waiting we call another nail salon to make an appointment for 10:30. So we get up and leave. Once we are outside the lady comes out yelling “hey come back the water is ready” after never even acknowledging us and I say “our appointment was at 10, it is now 10:13.” And we leave."

"I asked for a gel dip manicure. No gel, no cuticle grooming, no hot towel wrap, no lotion massage. Lady kept going in the back to eat and forgetting items for the service. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Take your money elsewhere. After nails were dry the hostess put oil on my cuticles. Smh. $50 dollars down the drain."

"No one greets you and technician didn’t even give me her name-I had to ask. Seems like they are only interested in getting your money and move on to next client. Based on other reviews I will go back asking for Emily. Everyone deserves a second chance."

"Emily did my nails and she was super quick and efficient! She was really kind and helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. My nails came out really nice. I like this place a lot, it's cute and everyone seems really nice."

"This was one of the worst nail experiences ever. For the past 3 years I've been getting press on and swore off nails salons, today I thought I would give it a shot again. My mom asked for a medium size and the man doing her nails charged her $70 for a large size because he said he showed her the nails and she didn't tell him to make them shorter, how was my mom supposed to know that wasn't the medium size she asked for? Ridiculous. I wanted my nails to be longer than my mom's and they ended up looking like little shark teeth, significantly shorter than my mom's and still was charged the same $70. It honestly feels like they like scamming people and charge everyone for large. Their wait times are inaccurate, it didn't happen to me but I saw it happen to everyone who came in and so many people left because they made appointments and weren't taken on time and they had other commitments afterwords. My nail also broke the day after. Now I remember why I need to stick with press ons. For under $40 I could get rhinestones and complex designs meanwhile I was charged $70 for just the powder, not even color nailpolish."
