"I have been going here for years,Maria is great!! Only complaint is I can't make an Appointment especially when I need a Hair cut as well as a style,don't always have time to wait!!!"

"If I could give zero I would. I called at 4:55 to see if they were available for a haircut. They said yes, I arrived at 5:04. There was a couple that came in right before me which is fine. I asked how long and she said 15-20 minutes. 15 minutes later she was finishing with a gentleman’s hair and “upselled” him to a deep conditioning treatment. Not to mention she looked at me when saying it. 20 minutes later she is still at the bowl doing the treatment. At this point it was 5:45, I asked if it was going to be much longer or should I come back tomorrow. She said I could come back tomorrow. I walked out. Do not come here, they are horrible with time management and basic human decency."

"Took my little 4 year old Z in for a short bob. Diana was the sweetest and most patient stylist with her. Z said, "Diana, you're the best!" Thank you Diana. Z was so sleepy and told me to make her hair look the same as you did every day, layed down her head and passed out in two minutes for her late nap."

"I have been a customer of Fantastic Sam's for decades. My stylist Maria has cut my hair the whole time. She also would style and cut my daughter and son's hair. They have since grown and moved on as adults. But Maria and I have remaine acquaintances to this day. She is a blessing and beautiful person. The shop is clean ,comfortable and always welcoming and professional. The stylist are always busy a testament to their skills. The waits are not long and well worth taking your turn.
